About
Shana Campbell, Retreat Facilitator
As a first generation American, growing up Shana had the best of both worlds. She was born was raised in Brooklyn,NY and her parents are from the beautiful island of Jamaica. Both of her parents instilled in her the values of obtaining a great education,strong work ethics,and pursuing your dreams. She has had an ongoing passion and desire to help others to improve the quality of their life.
Shana Campbell is a Certified Creative Love™ Coach, mentor, best selling author, and motivational speaker. After moving to Hawai'i in 2013, Shana has had a rewarding experience working with non profit organizations as a case manager. Specifically, she's grateful for the opportunity to have worked with homeless female veterans. Shana has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and Hawai'i was the birthplace of her dream! She founded Shana Love Coaching, which provides coaching services and teaches personal development that empowers single men and women to enhance their love life through self-love. Love is her mission and would like to increase awareness of self-love to see people live their ideal lives.
Shana holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
Shana was a board member of FemCity (Honolulu Chapter), which spurred her along to the path of entrepreneurship. While Shana continues to build her empire, she considers herself as a self proclaimed "foodie"; considers cooking as therapeutic; a proud bookworm,and lover of cultures and aspiring globe-trotter.
About
Debòrah V. Hughes, Yoga & Dance Instrutor
If life in dance could be defined, it would be embodied within Debõrah. She was born in Orangeburg and raised Greenwood in South Carolina to an artistic family that creatively influenced her love for the arts. She was exposed to everything from dance, fashion, music and drama. From those experiences growing up she knew this was something she wanted to do all her life. That is when she coined the phrase ARTrepreneur meaning pursing the business of Art. She has danced for various artists and companies from around the world, allowing her to travel with her craft.
She is active in the community as a youth dance instructor and freelance life coach. She has worked with Hands On Atlanta who develops low-income areas of Atlanta. She likes to think of herself as an independent philanthropist that builds people through her Art. Teaching them to obtain and maintain the confidence they’ll need to dance through life. She is very detailed in her observation and assessment of items and people. Debõrah says, “I love to interact with people from all different facets of life, as well as being able to handle multiple personalities. I enjoy trying different things and if called upon, I don’t mind speaking my opinion. I’m always looking to expand my career in dance.
